Note: The complaint or suggestion does not have the status of administrative appeal nor does it condition, in any way, the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the regulations of each procedure, may be exercised.

In any of the registry offices dependent on the Administration of the Andalusian Government, using the carbonless copy of the Book of Suggestions and Appeals available from the Ministries, Government Delegations, Territorial Delegations and agencies of the Andalusian Government.
